SARATOGA SPRINGS -- A Florida man who crashed into and seriously injured a Corinth motorcyclist pleaded guilty to vehicular assault and drunken driving charges.
On July 27, a pick-up truck driven by Michael C. Clark, 48, hit David Combs, who was driving through the intersection of Lake Avenue and Henning Road. Combs was flown to Albany Medical Center and later had a leg amputated because of his injuries.
Police who gave Clark a Breathlyzer test at the scene said he had a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content. The legal limit is .08 percent.
Clark pleaded guilty Friday in Saratoga County Court to aggravated vehicle assault, two counts of vehicular assault in the first and second degrees, two charges of DWI and aggravated DWI.
Clark, of Hollywood, Fla., will be sentenced at 10:30 a.m. June 7. He faces up to 15 years in prison.

I am the Road Captain for our chapter. I was going to do a Food Bank run, and was given information that your club does a food run each year. Just wanted to know, when it was and if we might join you, rather than inventing a "new wheel". Your response to ladyrebel@juno.com would be appreciated.

So happy to tell you all that Prospect "TUMOR" Dave Combs has recently moved back into his own home and is doing well in his recovery, he's looking forward to getting his "new, high-tech leg" soon, rehab is going well, the nerves in his right hand/wrist are gradually coming back to life giving him more movement daily... a little birdie told me he has picked out a new bike-now that's going forward!! GO TUMOR-you are the MAN!!! All of us from Chapter 80 sure do appreciate all the love, prayers, and messages that have helped our Prospect Dave "TUMOR" Combs in his journey. A huge THANK YOU from this Boozette to all of you!!!!
